• Your item is packed very carefully to avoid any in-transit damage. We first pack it in a zip pouch and then put it in a Bubble Pouch. Then we pack it in a beautiful traditional Indian pouch.
• Your order is processed currently in 1-2 business days.
• We use Standard Shipping services to ship your order. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING all across the US.

Jewelry Care

• Clean your Jewelry using a Polishing or soft cloth.
• Remove your Jewelry while you sleep, shower or cook.
• Do not spray Perfumes or any chemicals on your Jewelry.

We do custom designs too. Please send us a message and we are ready to get started on your design.

Returns and Exchanges

• We gladly accept Exchanges within the US
• Contact me within 1 day of receiving the item
• Ship the item within 3 days of delivery
