Your item is packed very carefully to avoid any in-transit damage. We first pack it in a zip pouch and then put it in a Bubble Pouch.
Your order is processed currently in 3-5 business days.
We use Standard Shipping services to ship your order. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING all across the US.

Jewelry Care
Clean your Jewelry using a Polishing or soft cloth.
Remove your Jewelry while you sleep, shower or cook.
Do not spray Perfumes or any chemicals on your Jewelry.

Custom Orders
We do custom designs too. Please send us a message and we are ready to get started on your design.

Returns and Exchange
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition or looks used, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
